Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is back bigger than ever from Friday, 12 September to Monday, 6 October 2025 for its 76th year. Each of the four floral filled weeks is packed with bunches of different exciting events, making it hard to know when to visit. Weekend 1: Fri 12 September - Sun 14 September
Welcome the season of blooms with an unforgettable lawn party experience in Toowoomba. This exclusive ticketed event features garden-inspired cocktails, decadent bites, and a vibrant atmosphere set against a backdrop of springtime beauty.
Tasting Tours
Gather your favourite foodies and discover the unique local flavours of Toowoomba on a guided tasting tour. Choose from three deliciously different experiences, each showcasing the region’s best bites, sips, and hidden gems.
Ferris Wheel (Queens Park)
Take in breathtaking views of the Botanic Gardens from above on the must-do Ferris Wheel experience during Toowoomba's flower season. Perfect for all ages (and even well-behaved dogs!), this family-friendly attraction offers a unique way to see the floral beauty of spring from a whole new perspective.

Twilight Tours
When the sun goes down, it is time to enjoy these floral displays in a new light. Starting 12 September, experience the magic of Laurel Bank Park after dark with enchanting twilight tours, running every Tuesday to Saturday during Carnival. Enjoy the cooler evenings, skip the crowds, and see Toowoomba’s iconic floral displays in a beautifully lit, after-hours glow.

Weekend 2: Fri 19 September - Sun 21 September
The famous Grand Central Floral Parade is one of Toowoomba’s most iconic events! On Saturday, 20 September, watch as floral themed floats, bands and colourful characters wind their way through the heart of the city to Queens Park.
Get your pooches ready! It's their time to shine in the Paw Parade! Bring along your four legged fashionistas to join the parade of wagging tales, gourmet pet treats, and insta-worthy photo ops.
Sideshow Alley
Thrill seeking rides, fairy floss, show bags and your favourite carnival food are available this weekend in lower Queens Park! Plus, three nights of fireworks!

Weekend 3: Fri 26 September - Sun 28 September
Welcome to FEASTival! This culinary celebration is a foodies's heaven. Bring the family (and empty stomachs) for 2 days of food and floral filled fun.

Carousel (Laurel Bank Park)

Its your last chance to greet the growers of eight of Toowoomba’s finest gardens! On display 9am - 5pm daily, 19 – 28 September 2025, meet the Toowoomba locals who work all year round to grow these colourful creations, and admire their work up close.
The Chronicle Garden Competition
Garden enthusiasts - this ones for you. Its your final opportunity to see the perfectly manicured gardens that entered the Chronicle Garden Competition. The guide listing the garden locations and opening times will be released on Friday 19 September.
Spring Bluff Train Rides (Queensland Rail)
Missed the train last weekend? No worries! There’s still time to hop aboard from Toowoomba Railway Station and journey to the heritage-listed Spring Bluff Station - famous for its stunning spring gardens and historic charm.
